- Our client, a global leader in the development and management of solar energy projects, recognised that a step change in digital investment was a critical enabler of their growth strategy, including to support the rapid scale up across functions and geographies to meet ambitious growth targets to double the portfolio of developed Gigawatts while expanding into new regions.
- Marlborough was appointed, based on success with prior programmes, to inject programme leadership and transformation expertise for the build and delivery of a cloud based, configured low code system, to accelerate development of solar projects and enable global growth.
- Marlborough was also tasked with leading on injecting Agile ways of working to maximise ROI and support longevity through developing and establishing new capabilities.
- Marlborough was also able to leverage significant experience and complementary value being delivered via Senior Advisory to the IT Director.
- This work was very visible at Board level as one of the top 3 digitally enabled initiatives to directly deliver their growth ambitions.
